Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team, supporting Wealth Managers and Financial Planning firms in maximising the value of our technology solutions. This role focuses on the adoption of our digital relationship applications through client relationship engagement to identify opportunities for enhanced use, or to more clients which directly impact our licence revenue. 

You’ll be the trusted partner to a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are realising the full benefit of our platform, helping them evolve how they use it, and advocating for their needs internally. You’ll work closely with onboarding, support, product, and delivery teams to provide a cohesive and proactive experience. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager, ideally within a fintech, SaaS, or financial services environment, who is ready to take ownership of relationships and make a difference!

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Relationship Management 
    Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of financial advice and wealth management firms. 

  • Adoption & Value Realisation 
    Drive ongoing engagement with our platform through structured reviews, education, and personalised support, ensuring clients are achieving ROI and outcomes. 

  • Retention-Focused Support 
    Identify early signs of disengagement or dissatisfaction and act proactively to resolve concerns before they escalate. 

  • Strategic Guidance 
    Act as a knowledgeable adviser to clients, guiding them through new features, best practices, and opportunities to enhance their processes. 

  • Client Advocacy 
    Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to contribute to product improvements, prioritise enhancements, and inform roadmap direction. 

  • Facilitate regular meet-ups 
    Coordinate and run regional meet-ups with clients, ensuring valuable interactions that deepen relationships and support shared success. 

  • Collaboration & Handover 
    Collaborate with implementation, onboarding, support, and product teams to ensure a smooth handover from go-live into long-term success. 

  • Insight & Reporting 
    Monitor client usage and adoption metrics and use these to drive engagement plans and report on relationship health in line with our overall business plan. 

Required skills:  

  • Experience in a client-facing role such as Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager – preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services. 

  • Comfortable managing a client portfolio with varied levels of engagement and technical ability. 

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to build rapport, advise, and influence. 

  • Organised, self-motivated and confident managing multiple priorities. 

  • Analytical thinking – able to interpret usage data and client feedback to guide actions. 

  • Tech-confident – able to learn and explain platform functionality and recommend how it can support the firms processes. 

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively 

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills 

  • Problem solver with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • A collaborative team player with a mindset of continuous improvement 

Remuneration Package

£DOE plus benefits package, including discretionary bonus, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme.
