Role Title: Community and Events Coordinator
Department: Marketing (with cross-functional responsibilities into Client Services)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a bright and organised Community and Events Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating Moneyinfo’s prospect, client and industry events and supporting the development and delivery of the Moneyinfo client community, both face to face and online.

Role Overview
You will report to the Head of Marketing and cross-functionally with Client Services, Support, and Product Team. This is an operational role focused on organising, coordinating and delivering a growing programme of events and the company’s evolving client community experience. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office and the remainder remote (following successful probationary period).
Key Responsibilities
Events Management
Plan, coordinate and deliver Moneyinfo’s calendar of prospect, client and industry events
Support monthly prospect-focused sessions and technology showcases
Organise executive breakfast roundtables and larger face-to-face networking events
Coordinate regional technology sessions and an annual Moneyinfo Tech Summit
Support participation in major industry events
Manage venue bookings, suppliers, catering and logistics
Draft invitations, landing page copy and follow-up communications
Maintain and manage the central events calendar
Client Community and Engagement
Support the design, development and management of an online community and knowledge base within Moneyinfo Manager (MIM)
Coordinate community-facing events including Unlock More regional gatherings, Friday Forums, and the annual User Forum
Moderate and manage community discussions, ensuring relevant and client-focused content
Work closely with Product, Client Services and Support to keep online content up to date
Encourage adoption and engagement across the client base
Help maintain effective channels for internal knowledge transfer
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years’ experience coordinating events, community activity or marketing operations in a B2B environment
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication for invitations and client messaging
Comfortable working with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders
Confidence working across teams with varied priorities
Experience with event platforms, digital tools and community platforms is a plus
Experience in financial services or technology sectors is desirable

Remuneration Package
