Moneyinfo and Iress partner to redefine adviser client engagement
Moneyinfo and Iress have partnered to provide the deepest level of integration between the back-office and the client portal in the UK advice market. The partnership connects client engagement with adviser workflows in a single, seamless digital journey with the goal of zero data rekeying and a complete audit trail.
The first phase, which is available now, delivers tightly integrated digital fact-finding, driving faster onboarding, richer data flow and a seamless experience across adviser and client journeys. Further enhancements, that include full custom field mapping, will follow later this year.
The result gives advisers and clients one experience from onboarding to ongoing advice. Data flows instantly. Documents and communication stay secure in one place. Client information is accurate when and where it is needed. Firms gain a digital foundation that supports growth and strengthens trusted relationships.
The integration has been co designed and refined with adviser firms who want a unified approach that delivers real benefits quickly.
Speaking to Professional Adviser, Iress Managing Director of UK Wealth Alex Hore said this is the biggest move the UK wealth business has made during his time there.

Moneyinfo Managing Director Tessa Lee explained why the collaboration matters.
